With all returns please contact us first for approval either by using the “contact us” form or by email. Return requests received via Facebook message will not be considered.
New (unused) goods are to be returned within 7 days of receipt.
When approval is given we will allocate a Return Authorisation Number, which must be shown on the outside of the parcel when it is returned to us. The return address will be provided along with the Return Authorisation Number.
Any parcels received without a Return Authorisation Number, will be returned to the sender.
In your parcel, please include a print out of your order confirmation received via our website (or at the very least your order number) along with any swing tickets and packaging from the item, and a brief, signed note giving your name, address, contact phone number, along with the reason for the return. If the item was purchased at a pop up shop, please include the original cash register receipt. Without these items and details the return will not be considered and the parcel will be returned to you with postage to be paid.
If the goods have not been used and are faulty and are returned to us in as new condition a credit, replacement or refund (whichever you choose) will be issued. The return postage costs will also be covered by McDonald’s Saddlery, by way of refund. This also applies to goods which have not been shipped in accordance with your order, or do not comply with the manufacturer’s performance claims. If goods have not been shipped in accordance with your order, we reserve the right to rectify any errors by replacing the incorrect item, with return postage costs to be covered by McDonald’s Saddlery.
If the goods have been used it may be required under the manufacturer’s warranty to return the goods to the manufacturer, or their Australian distributor for inspection to determine if the wear and tear has been from normal or abusive use. Upon advice from the manufacturer we will convey their determination to you. It must be noted that if items are altered in any way, the warranty is automatically voided.
If goods have been shipped in accordance with your order, or you have made a wrong selection (colour/size), or you have simply changed your mind, these goods are not eligible for refund. However if such goods are unused and in as new condition McDonald’s Saddlery may exchange them and there may be a restocking fee of 10% plus postage involved. If you require a refund this may be considered but there will be a 20% restocking fee.
McDonald’s Saddlery does not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are closeouts or on sale.
If you have ordered an item on pre-order or back-order and later seek to cancel your order and request a refund, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund fees that McDonald’s Saddlery has been charged by “Buy Now, Pay Later” service providers. If you choose to cancel your order and receive a store credit, McDonald’s Saddlery will provide a store credit for the full value of the item/s ordered.
Items ordered on Special Order are non refundable.
