New goods to be returned within 7 days of receipt.
When approval is given we will allocate a Return Authorisation Number, which must be shown on the outside of the parcel when it is returned by Australia Post to:
McDonald’s Saddlery, 370 Camerons Road, Coimadai, VIC. 3340.
Any parcels received without a Return Authorisation Number, will be returned to the sender.
Include in your parcel the original sales docket, tickets and packaging from the item, and a signed brief note giving your name, address, phone contact and the reason for the return. Without these items and details the return will not be considered. It will be returned to you with postage to be paid.
If the goods have not been used and are faulty and are returned to us in as new condition a credit, replacement or refund (whichever you choose) will be issued. The return postage costs will also be covered by McDonald’s Saddlery. This also applies to goods which have not been shipped in accordance with your order, or do not comply with the manufacturer’s performance claims.
If the goods have been used it may be required under the manufacturer’s warranty to return the goods to the manufacturer, or their Australian distributor for inspection to determine if the wear and tear has been from normal or abusive use. Upon advice from the manufacturer we will convey their determination to you.
If goods have been shipped in accordance with your order, or you have made a wrong selection, or simply changed your mind, these goods are not eligible for refund. However if they are unused and in as new condition McDonald’s may exchange them and there may be a restocking fee of 10% plus postage involved. If you require a refund this may be considered but there will be a 20% restocking fee.
