Delivery & Despatch
McDonald's Saddlery offers delivery Australia wide. Delivery costs are specific to individual products and individual locations so are calculated after your order is submitted. After we receive your order we will phone you to confirm the cost and arrange delivery and payment.

We aim to dispatch all online and phone orders if received by mid-day the same day or next business day. If an item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will call you to discuss delivery timeframes or maybe an alternative product.

Undelivered Goods
If you have placed an order and have not received delivery within 5 business days, please phone McDonald's Saddlery on (03) 5367 4877. Please have your order confirmation email on hand (you will receive this after you place your order).

Returns Policy
Before returning goods please advise us. In the parcel we need a note indicating your name, address. phone number and the reason for the return. Any parcels received with out these details will not be dealt with. Refunds will only be given for faulty goods if you do not want a replacement, or for goods which have been sent to you which are different to what you ordered. In the event of sizing or colour problems we will make replacements. Goods which have been supplied as ordered are not eligible for return. However in the event of accepting these goods a restocking fee will
apply.
